    Shapiro Campus Center Request Form

    Please fully complete this form 2 weeks in advance. It will be submitted to the Department of Student Engagement.
    Please expect to hear a response from us in 2-3 business days. Requests are not processed over the weekends.
    Student Organizations accredited by the Student Union can reserve space in the SCC using this form. All University Departments must contact University Events for space reservations in the SCC.
