Small Group Discussions

Part of your First Year Experience

Attending a Small Group Discussion is a great opportunity to get to know a friendly professor and up to 15 first-year students outside of class. Each discussion will be co-facilitated by a faculty member and a student leader in the department. Come to enjoy a low-key exchange of ideas over some light refreshments. All undergraduates in their first year at Brandeis are invited to participate.

Below is a list of participating Brandeis faculty, the topic each plans to discuss, and meeting dates for this semester. You can choose to meet with any available faculty. If your first choice is booked, you may sign up for a different discussion. If space is available, you may sign up to attend a second discussion, for a total of two.

All meeting times are based on the current time zone at Brandeis.
