    Introduces students to analytical frameworks for understanding and influencing individual, group, inter-group, and total organization dynamics. Provides a foundation for developing self-awareness and an authentic leadership style suitable for working in diverse workplace. Increases students' awareness of and competence in reporting to, collaborating with, and managing people different from themselves.<br>
