ECON 181A: Game Theory and Economic ApplicationsInstructor: Siqi Liu Prerequisites: ECON 80a, ECON 83a, and MATH 10a or equivalent. Course Description: Game Theory provides a mathematical framework to analyze strategic interactions. This course prepares the student to predict behaviors and payoffs based on choices of other agents. To start, I present the fundamentals in a rigorous mathematical manner. Afterwards, we delve into the behavior of firms and industry structure in modern Game Theory.
