    ECON 80A: Microeconomic Theory

    Prerequisites: ECON 10a. Students must earn C- or higher in MATH 10a, or otherwise satisfy the calculus requirement, to enroll in this course.
    Course Description: This course aims to introduce students to intermediate microeconomics topics that are balanced with theoretical models and empirical applications. Upon successful completion of this online course, the students will be able to apply mathematical models to solve economic questions. For students interested in the economic, finance, and business field, this course should prepare you with sufficient quantitative modeling skills which, when later combined with statistic/econometric methods, can be built as foundations to understand the market mechanism and economic entities’ decision-making process. <br><br><b>This Economics course has prerequisites and requires a consent code to enroll in Sage.
