    Open only to students who have not taken CHEM 11a/b or CHEM 15a/b. Designed to fulfill the core science requirement for non-science majors. This course does not meet the requirements for the major or minor in Chemistry.

    Covers the fundamentals of crime scene investigation. Students will begin by learning the scientific method applied to evidence collection, followed by the examination and analysis of the evidence as performed within a modern crime lab, and the use of scientific reasoning to interpret data. </br><b>This course is being offered as a Hybrid course - two days a week will be online on Zoom, and one day a week will be on-campus for a physical lab. Students are expected to attend all class meetings and should be near campus to attend the on-campus class meetings.</b>
