FA 23B: Architectural Drawing and Digital Design IInstructor: Eric Lin Prerequisites: Only Architectural Studies IIM students may take both FA 23b and FA 24a for credit. Course Description: An introductory design studio course intended to develop skills in understanding, conceptualizing, generating and communicating architectural ideas. Students will learn how to produce basic architectural drawings, diagrams, and models in order to develop 2D and 3D representations in both analog and digital formats. Students will also be tasked to critically analyze built environments through form, program, site, social and environmental context. Over the course, student will develop their own architectural project, and have the opportunity to present their design verbally and graphically.
