    Course Description: This course is an introduction to the art and science of studying international relations. This course is designed to provide the world-political literacy necessary for astute global citizenship or future study in political science. Topics include the fundamentals of statehood / political geography, global history since the French Revolution, basic international relations theory, collective action, and contemporary issues in world politics.
